Wood drying equipment heated by steam (ZQ Series)
Wood drying equipment heated by steam takes steam as heating medium, and the air inside the kiln is heated when the steam goes through the heating coils. It has the advantages of good drying effect and easy to fulfill automatic control. The main components are electrical cabinet, heating coils, solenoid valve for heating(or electric valve for heating), solenoid valve for spraying, damper actuator, fans, inspection door and kiln door besides shell of wood drying equipment.

Wood drying equipment heated by hot water(RS Series)
Wood drying equipment heated by hot water takes hot water as heating medium, and the air inside the kiln is heated when the hot water goes through the heating coils. It has the advantages of good drying effect and easy to fulfill automatic control and low consumption of heat energy. But the temperature is relatively low during the drying process (usually below 75℃ and can only be reached at the end of drying cycle. It is only suitable to dry hardwood species and not suitable to drying easy-to-dry species. The main components are electrical cabinet, heating coils, solenoid hot water pump(or electric valve for heating), solenoid valve for spraying (or spraying pump), damper actuator, fans, inspection door and kiln door besides shell of wood drying equipment.

Heat pump-dehumidification wood drying equipment takes dehumidifier to remove the moisture in the air, meanwhile, it takes recycled heat energy to heat the air inside the kiln (it is also equipped with auxiliary heater) and then the wood is dried by the heated air. It has the advantages of good drying quality and low consumption of heat energy, but the drying period is relatively long and the running cost is relatively high.
